Refund Policy

Smart Wedding Planner by One Stop Shot Events. Effective October 31, 2026.

Short version: If the planner isn't right for you, tell us within 7 days of receiving your license key and we'll return what you paid. Your license is deactivated once we refund you.

7-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund for any reason within 7 calendar days from the day we emailed your license key. This covers both the Couple and the Wedding Planner / Coordinator licenses. You don't need to explain or prove anything. We only ask, if you're willing, what didn't work so we can improve. This guarantee is limited to one refund per person or email address.

Refunds outside the 7 days

A problem we can't fix. If the planner doesn't work properly and we can't fix it within 7 days of your report, you can get a full refund up to 30 days from the day we emailed your key.
Double payment or overpayment. We return any extra amount whenever you tell us, once we confirm it reached us.
No license received. If we confirm your payment but can't give you a working license, we refund you in full.

Wrong package

Within the 7 days, you can switch instead of asking for a refund. From Couple to Coordinator, you pay the difference between the two prices at that time. From Coordinator to Couple, we return the difference.

When we can't give a refund

The request comes after the periods above.
The license was deactivated because of sharing or reselling it, or another breach of the license terms.
We can't find the payment in our records.
You already received a refund under this guarantee.

How to ask

Contact us at onestopshotevents@gmail.com or 0933 385 8770 using the email on your license.
Give your order number, or your payment reference number.
Tell us the GCash or bank account to send it to. It should be the one you paid from, so tell us if it can't be.

We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds within 7 business days. You receive the full amount you paid, because we cover our own transfer fee. Your bank or wallet may take longer to show it.

What happens after a refund

We deactivate your license key. The planner then goes back to preview mode, so please download a backup first if you want to keep your details.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer under Philippine law and doesn't take any of them away.
